There is a great deal of gratification that comes from knowing how to cook and sharing a delicious meal with people you love - when you cook with love you cook  with the spirit of Aloha in your heart.

If you live in New York City and have been yearning to get in touch with your inner chef   you can sign up for a hands-on cooking class where we will share our culinary expertise and teach you the tricks of the trade which will give you the confidence to tackle the art of cooking on your own. A private cooking class in your own home kitchen is the ideal location. We will be using your own kitchen equipment and utensils and even teach you how to use the food processor you received as a gift and haven't taken out of its box! If there are any specific tools/equipment that you don't have that are required for the menu you've selected, we'll bring whatever is necessary. 

You can choose a menu that you would like to learn how to cook (see suggested menus below) or we can customize a menu for you. If you'd like to learn the basics of roasting, sautéing, blanching or other cooking techniques, we can devise a class utilizing those skills. Once the menu/recipes and/or specific cooking techniques are selected, as part of the learning process, we provide you with a shopping list with suggestions as to where you will find the best and freshest ingredients in New York City. The cooking class is approximately 3 hours - and then you can enjoy the delicious meal you've created.
